Even if you go before the 15th, they will still give you a year starting on the 15th, if everything is okay at least. No worries.

Some immigration offices fine you for not reporting the TM30, others do not. Better safe than sorry though.

Narathiwat Immigration is coincidentally located in Sungai Kolok, though not at the border checkpoint.

It's one of the reasons why I forewent the report this time, as my home is 70 km from there.
