I just did my 90 days report (TM47) online. However, I didn't save the application number or take a screenshot before the window got closed by the browser.

Will I get some kind of confirmation once my report has been approved?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After submitting your 90 days report (TM47) online, you should receive some form of confirmation once your report has been processed. If you did not save your application number, you can check the status of your application by entering your passport number in the system to see if it shows as pending, approved, or rejected.

Yes, I believe immigration officers approve batches at a time when they are not busy doing other work. It may take a few days.

It's been approved already.

how did the window get closed by the browser? Did you leave pop up blockers ON?

Here's how to tell IF you managed to file a 90 day report online. DID you get to the second page of the application process after you entered the captcha number? The page where you put in your extension expiration date your address etc?

I just used the green option and, using my passport info, got the "Approved" message already. Thanks Tod!

I got to the confirmation page, but when I tried to print the confirmation, Internet Explorer closed the window. I didn't think it was necessary to screenshot first and the download and subsequent print never happened.

If you did manage to get thru the second page it would have opened a NEW dialog box and given you a pending report number

GO IN to the system and click the "check status" green tab then put in your personal data (NOT the TM number because you don't have it)

IF there is a report pending it will show up on the screen
