What should I do after being refused a third tourist visa to Thailand while in Vietnam?

Good evening, 

I am in Hanoi and I've been refused for my 3rd tourist visa. The reason : "you have spent too much time in Thailand for only tourism purpose". She also told me that I should be able to come back to chiang mai with the 30 days stay. I don't have a "refused" stamp on my passport. 

Is someone know if there are chances that I can be stopped at Vietnamese airport or at Chiang mai immigration ?
