My non b extension of stay expires on the 15th October 2019. If I am understanding this correctly, i apply for a new extension of stay before that date, it will go under consideration until the 15th October, if approved I return on the 15th for the new extension.

Question is can they do it earlier than the 15th or will it be that date every year while I am at the same school.
