I forgot to notify for 90 day. Can anyone tell me how much is fine, if more than 2 weeks are passed?

Any other solution apart from paying fine, I mean i'm already leaving Thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you miss your 90-day report in Thailand, the fine is typically 2,000 THB. If you are leaving the country, the fine may not be enforced immediately, but should be paid at your next 90-day report. Some users have reported having no issues when leaving without paying the fine, but it is advisable to address any issues before visa cancellation if relevant.

Including the day of my last stamp into Thailand, I will fly out of the country on day 97 today. As I haven't done my 90 day report during this period, am I still just in time to avoid a penalty?

just so we're clear, while your immigration office might have said that, in reality there is no "skipping" a 90 day report. :O

The rule is simple. IF you're in thailand on the 90th day you are obligated to report. If you leave thailand before the 90th day your next report is due 89 days from the date you stamp back into the country.

@David *****
They told me I could skip it though

Narathiwat Immigration is coincidentally located in Sungai Kolok, though not at the border checkpoint.

It's one of the reasons why I forewent the report this time, as my home is 70 km from there.
Robert *******
David Quax You mean the border check point or the Immigration Office?

@Robert ******
Oh... okay. At Kolok immigration they told me otherwise though.

No, flying out of the country does not qualify you for not making the report on time. You stayed over 90 days inside the country and must report this.

Hi just a question, when you change the reason of stay, do your 90 day report reset or the last report still valid?
Robert *******
The reason of your stay has nothing to do with the amount of stayed days inside Thailand. This 90 day report is nothing else than a report that you stayed 90 days inside the country.

How many days after the official 90 day expiry are you allowed before renew? Mine comes in the middle of the coronation.

@Robert ******
See Herman's response
Robert *******
What do you mean with renew? You report that you are 90 days inside Thailand,

@Ian **********************
you can do it 2 weeks before and up to 7days after the date mentionned on your 90 days paper

If you're going to cancel your Extension of Stay at Immigration and they notice you failed to do the 90 day report, you could be charged with the 2.000 Thb fine.

But what at the time of visa cancellation ,i mean if found out without 90 day slip,?
Dave *****
I flew out and next 90 days they only looked at my entry date so didn't pay any fine but guess it was a mistake on their side.
Tri ***********
It’s 2000 baht fine, if you leaving with out visa extension you can pass in airport immigration without problem

Ok thanks

If you missed your 90 day report the fine is 2.000 Thb. If you leave the country there will be no problem, the fine will be given on your next 90 day report.
