TLDR : Answer Summary
As the deadline for travel or visa reentry approaches in Thailand, expats are sharing their plans and concerns. Some are considering returning to their home countries, while others express relief at already being home. There are reminders of the urgency of the situation, and discussions about the current atmosphere in Thailand, with many places closed and a lack of activities. The comments reflect a shared apprehension about traveling during the ongoing pandemic and the strict quarantine rules in place.

I am already in my home country and will not worry about reentry until next year. Good luck everyone.
. There's actually not a lot to do here either. Nice to go do a bit of touring, but when there's just myself and the missus in a beachside restaurant, there's not a lot of atmosphere. Patong night market and most of the pubs around there are closed. Yeah, you can get a 39 baht beer in Walking Street in Pattaya, and sit there and watch..... nothing. Even most of the girls have gone back to their homes in the provinces.
