in Australia mine was Aproved in a few hours. Submitted on line. 3 hours later got email to say it was approved and passport was in the mail. December 2021.

Can I transfer my money into my husband's Bangkok bank account for his Non-O visa application?

No. It should be from a foreign source. But i dont know if you cant transfer money to his account in his home country. he can then transfer it to his account in Thailand from that account in his home country. Just a possibility.
