Hi everyone, I'm in England and trying to apply for a 60 day tourist e-visa, I've done this many times but this time there's no drop or drag button to click on to to download my bio-page of my passport and it won't let me go to the next stage, I've tried calling the embassy in London but they don't answer the phone, has anyone experienced this and how did you get around this problem, thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties applying for a 60-day tourist e-visa from England, specifically an issue with uploading their passport's bio-page due to a missing upload button. They have unsuccessfully tried contacting the embassy. Commenters suggest various solutions, including using a desktop instead of mobile, clearing the browser cache, adjusting photo sizes, and trying different browsers or devices. Some users share their own experiences with visa applications, including challenges and tips to navigate them successfully.

The e-visa site likes jpeg files, check the size of the photo, if it's too big it won't drag and drop, I little tip if you need to upload more than one photo just use a collage.

I would clear your β€œcache” in your internet browser. Also make sure you are using a well known browser like Chrome and it is upto date. Worked fine for me a few weeks ago.

I just take pictures and download them. Some need to be compressed first.

I did a non O multiple entry on my phone, with photos on the phone, and used Adobe sign and fill for the declaration.

Do on PC but maybe it's not dropping in because it needs resizing. Keep trying as they are taking time. Our visa took 23 days... Lesson learned as we had to come in on visa exempt and have to leave and come back in again now. We made a mistake by not attaching our flight from UK to ams. We just sent the Amsterdam to Bangkok return as there was no other box. Apparently we should have photographed all tickets together and sent them together. This time it was worse than the Thai pass during COVID.

yeah I will get 30 and if lucky, they may take pity... But they are always telling me off lol and I needed 60 + 30. Should have done the 50+ but only had 35k in UK bank and they need 40k as I am part of a same sex couple. So depends when they change the law. It has been agreed in principle as far as I know but not yet in the royal gazette....

No idea if this will work for you but if you're using your phone sometimes selecting the "desktop site" option will fix issues like that.
