This won't affect foreigners with properties, thai spouses, and with long term visas.

If you prefer getting DTV, I recommend

no agent fees and hidden fees since you will communicate from the gym itself and they are certified by the Boxing Board.

If you have the budget and money you can opt to Elite Visa wherein

are the best 👌

Requirements would be much easier if you apply DTV via softpower muay thai or cooking classes.

No, dependent visas for family members of DTV visa holders are usually processed alongside the main application and have different requirements.

Go for DTV but expect that you need to extend your stay after 180 days and exit Thailand every year.

One or more documents you've submitted could be the cause of your application getting cancelled. Possible unrecognized gym letter or inaccurate information at the time of submission of application to the embassy

If you're going for the Muay Thai DTV route there's no need for an agent and proof of income. The school will be the one who will supply the required documents such as official letters and receipts which you will submit to the embassy. Just make sure you have 500K THB in your bank account.

Tip: To increase your success rate, enroll in a Muay Thai school owned by locals, as they tend to have a higher success rate compared to foreign-owned Muay Thai schools.

search "muay thai dtv visa" on Google you might find all the information you need. As long as you have at least 500K THB in any bank account and enrollment letter from the gym then you will be qualified for DTV.
