What should I do if my letters from the States are not arriving in Thailand?

The letters I don’t want arrive quick, letters I want can take 2 weeks to never, mainly replacement bank card.

If really needed, FedEx or a service like it is required.

An ED visa works for most any educational program. If a college is offering a Chinese language course then you should be able to get an ED visa.

A business that is getting ED visas for people with a language course on the side, might not offer Chinese.

If your bank account is already set up, send the money now. Also, apply for a Non-O while abroad.

I use a US government direct deposit into Bangkok Bank. The code change a few months ago from “foreign T/T” to “PROMPTPAY”.

My visa paperwork is not due for a few more months. Hopefully, immigration has it figured out by then.
