I visited Chang Rai a few months ago . I was in the process of getting my non O at the time. People I came across there were trying to convince me that I should use a agent and they said it can be done for baht . I wasn't interested as I wanted to do it myself .

Yes . I heard that if you go into the branch and do the transaction with the staff they don't charge a fee. I only recently heard this and have no experience of asking , but it might be worth asking. 🙏

Can't you just move to new accommodation to get the paperwork for the non O ? Not sure if I am understanding 🙏
