Quick question: My husband American husband has the non o multiple for 1 year. He has to leave country every 90 days. Is the border open ie Mea sai in Chiang rai where he can be in and out and get stamp another 90 days.

Are there any requirements before entering Myanmar? Covid test result? Visa to enter Myanmar?

Or which border is quick and easy for American to be in and out without many requirements. How about Vitetiaen Via Udonthani? Is it good option?

Thank you very much ☺️

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about options for extending their husband's Non-O visa by leaving Thailand. They specifically ask about the Mae Sai border crossing to Myanmar, including entry requirements such as COVID-19 testing or visas. There are discussions in the comments about alternative travel options, including flying to Singapore or Kuala Lumpur for a quick turnaround to avoid visa complications.

Fly to Singapore or KL, turn around and fly back same day. Its allowed as long as you go through passport control there. Most people don't need a visa for Sg or KL.

. Also you can get a year in Thailand with far less financial requirements. I only needed equivalent of 100k baht in my home country Bank to get one at the time.

. Most people don't use them. They get a single entry 90 day one and then convert to a yearly extension. It's just an option

. Not many consulates offer them anymore.
