 if you have a retirement Visa extension you need to do a 90 day check in.

 MOTS, they will also do your 90 day for free. So unless someting else pops up, using them you only need to go to immigration once a year for 10 minutes to get your photo taken for the retirement extension.

 It's a pain in the ass. I do it for the convenience. Money is not an issue. DIY 1,900, Agent 8,000.

Use an agent. When you get the 800,000 K the agent will drop the extension renewal to 8,000 baht.
