If using courses or lessons for the DTV. Do they have to be registered schools/teachers like an education visa? Or is a confirmed booking with any school/teacher enough? 🙏🏼

As with a lot of the questions on hear regarding this DTV my question is quiet unique but hope some one might be able to tell me if I stand a good chance of obtaining this visa based on there personal experience .

I am a British passport holder 🇬🇧 and I work for a Uk company that involves me undertaking many different roles, some are physical and some are office based.

My boss has agreed to amend my works contract and state that the company are happy to allow me to carry out my office duties remotely from Thailand.

I have worked on and off for this company for 15 years with my resent employment with them being 3 months.

I meet the financial requirements (500,000 THB in my bank account ) and can also attach my past 3 months pay slips in my application.

What are the chances of my DTV application being successful?

What pacific information would my boss need to include in the contract to satisfy the Thai embassy?

I would really appreciate any positive and helpful feedback in regards to my question.
