try Thai visa agency as they have quoted lowest price and if you are near Bangkok could be a good option.

At what stage must bank account funds be seasoned when applying for a Non-O retirement visa in Thailand?

once again your information contradicts what I have been told TODAY at immigration in Sakon Nakhon. The money must be in a Thai account to get the 90 day Non O Visa prior to the 1 year retirement visa. I showed proof of funds in UK account and it was no use at all.

I think you have the answer. Bugger their over complicated and impossible system that is different everywhere you go. What is the worst that can happen. A 10 year ban? Their loss not mine. I have been on it for 10 weeks now and no one has been able to explain what i need to do 1. To open a bank account and 2. To get a retirement Visa.
