Tm30.io is not the government recognised site for registering address, tm30. However, I registered with that site and all went smoothly by using my landladies details and my email address. However, when I came to do it again I was charged 500 baht for a copy if the tm30 that should be in your passport. In order to get this paper printed they gave me log in details for the genuine site after paying. I got the print out I needed but thought to myself that if I change the password I will be able to log in to register free of charge next time. That is exactly what happened and now I use the official site to register. My IO requires me to update tm30 everytime I stay away from my normal address even for one night in a hotel as they submit a tm30 registration for me. I also do 90 day reports on line and as has been said if the addresses do not match your application will be rejected. Tm 30 registration is instant but you can only get print out for up to 14 days. Tm47 took 2 hours to be accepted last time. It is quite efficient now.
There are occasions when western Union is slightly cheaper than Wise but Wise is more likely to tag the transfer as international if that is of importance to you.
it is NOT one or the other. To change to monthly payments of
*****
baht you must keep
*****
0 baht in you account for 3 months after the initial stamp is granted AND start tge monthly transfers. Tge account can then go down to
*****
0 baht for tge rest if the year while you make tge other 9 monthly transfers. When you get your stamp based on monthly income you can withdraw the

0 baht. Personally I am keeping tge

0 baht all year while making monthly transfers just un case something goes wrong or my IO office will not accept monthly transfers which some dont. If you do not do this you have not fulfilled tge requirements if your initial stamp and would gave been on overstay since you removed tge money from the bank. Thus does not apply if your embassy will verify your income. UK does not.
