Valid and current operating license issued by the state.
All these documents are available online in pdf format, and are acceptable as such at the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington DC. You may join them together to form a single pdf document for easy upload.
In addition to these documents you will need an employment contract. If you are a sole member of your LLC then you would write your own work contract stating that you are performing duties XYZ, online, remotely, without geographic limitations. Then you would sign it and join it as pdf to the documents you got from the state. Good luck 🙏🏻
you do not need to prove income, you need to show above the threshold on your most recent (or last X months, depending on the embassy) bank statements. The official rules say that you must be outside of Thailand to apply, but not necessarily in the country of your passport. You apply via an official online portal and select the embassy corresponding to your physical location. That embassy may have additional or specific requirements so look it up ahead of time. The visa they issue is in pdf format and everything is done online. Some embassies in the region however still process manually so look into this and select what best fits your needs and your situation. It's a great visa to have. Best of luck 🙏🏻
