1. Are yellow fever cards requested by Thai authorities for travellers coming from Africa? Her whole family is vaccinated but one physical card has been lost. She has an electronic scan of it and we are wondering if this will be enough?
2. Do travellers coming from Africa, but transiting in Doha, need to pass by a special control or separate queue at BKK?
For those on DTV, And travelling from Nigeria to Bangkok, when filling the Thailand arrival form, was it compulsory to have the yellow fever vaccination?

I've been in Thailand for two years and I'm returning next week. At the time I went, health insurance was required and we needed to get an authorization to enter the country through the embassy website.
