no, though you intended to help, unfortunately your answer was wrong. OP would have lost time going to the wrong place and been turned away, so definitely not "the best place" for OP.

Obviously when OP asked the question he didn't want to know where other people go, but where he should go. Where you or I go is irrelevant for OP.

Best immigration office is not choosing a restaurant depending on someone's personal taste and where you get food anyway.

The best immigration office is the office you have to go to which depends on location and which type of extension. All the others can't be used and are wrong locations. By saying Changwattana it is misleading and in this case wrong.

you can not choose. Depends what you are extending. (Read the other answers)

Nurachai Ninnad, deputy director-general of the department of consular affairs at minstry of foreign affairs has confirmed in several interviews (one interview with the bangkok post I listened to) that the 2 times limit no longer exists, and thus is now in line with air entries.

Everyone should decide for themselves how much credibility they give to Thai officials. I'm willing to believe him for now. Doesn't affect me either way anyway.

"...สำหรับใช้ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง...." from article 4 in the ORIGINAL text of the law in the Royal Gazette.

"There is no official limit" is not the same as "can fly in as many times as you want"

Different meaning.

seems you answered the wrong person ? 😄😄

I answered that the details about the stamp are specified in the Thai law which was published in the Royal Gazette, thus can be easily verified.

Don't blindly trust those english info leaflets.

You don't know who wrote it, you don't know how accurate they are, you don't know their source.

It is just a leaflet which may or may not have mistakes.

I already spot something very suspicious : that you must leave Thailand "for minimum one day". That seems to be incorrect, there is no minimum requirement mentioned in the original Thai law.

Also "after" 360 days is incorrect : that would be an overstay.
