Answer summary
The TDAC card will require you to provide the province, district, and subdistrict of your hotel address. For example, if your hotel is in Nothaburi, the district is Pakkret and the subdistrict can also be Pakkret. It's important to gather this information ahead of your travel, even though the system goes live on May 1st, 2025. Users suggest obtaining the exact address from the hotel to avoid errors, and they mention that the form will likely have drop-down options to assist with selection.

Start 1st May and can apply 72 hrs in advance only .
Is it a drop-down list or fill in the blank? Most Thai forms seem to use a list which helps a lot. In any event, it will be difficult for the average tourist.
Yes, I'm not going to fill it in yet, but I was just looking at some of the questions and was trying to figure out in my hotel address what was the district and sub district
Manfred Rohrauer, you never know with Thai immigration. I am waiting to see if they change the 60 day entry stamp back to 30, that will be a pain as I have already booked my ticket for 45 days
