My wife got refused for nearly the same reason? I reapplied stating that she will return on the said date due to her having a house and land in her name got a phone call from embassy asking her to confirm this and next day was issued the visa

the way I see it it’s £18,000 salary or if you’re not working then it’s £62,000 savings not both

How can I open a bank account in Bangkok as a foreigner and do I need a translator?

I just opened a bank account with kasikorn I think they are the easiest. You need a o visa or higher also you need to go to the immigration office and they will give you a form and then you go to the bank and open an account?? It does take a while maybe that’s why they don’t like us to have accounts

I came 3 weeks ago on a non o visa and went to my local kasikorn branch and opened it no problem? They are the easiest
