I thought they only put the extension and ( multi entry in my case ) back .... not the original visa ?

What about the original 0-A non visa , I know in my case it’s 4 years old now , so I guess that doesn’t matter anymore they only want to see the last yearly extension / entry. And when that needs renewed/ extended, again they not interested in the original visa ?

Plus my passport still has 4 months left on it , so I take both until it runs out ?

I honestly don’t recall paying anything , and I had to go back to get another copy 3 days after getting one too , ( driving license) .
