Every time you go out, it is first time again report in person. Then on line again.

I always get notified when to do my 90 days, just then go to website, and latest next day confirmed, did it a week ago.

I not understand this. I have requested the year statement, by the app. Got it a few hours later. I circle, my monthly international transfer, then got to the bank, and got everything in the afternoon.

Something is strange. I get the letter, but only after insisting. For the 12 month statement, if on the app, you can ask to send it, and in worse case you get it in your mail, next day. I did all 6 weeks ago. But I wonder if I will cope with all this in Thailand. More and more foreign unfriendly, more and more rules. 2 months ago BKK refused to just take an order of transfer, saying it had be done before 11 am.

Because my daily limit was reached. I have two accounts in 2 different offices, that on app counts as one

I had another issue. I needed to transfer money to another account. I go to BKK bank to ask them to do the transfer. After one hour, giving all the needed papers. They simply refused to do the transfer. Excuse was, I can not make a transfer after....11 am.

This is BS. I not asked cash, just to make a document, that I sign, that the money gets on the other account. The attitude was not great either.

And that is rent money that is gone for ever. Yes, the stress of reselling is always there, but if you buy quality, then you will resell, and get your money back.

I buy a condo. I had 2 milion limit. Ok. Now how do I pay the condo?
