Thanks Colin. Thinking the same. Will hold off until settlement from house is complete. Just wanted to speed process up. How would l go applying once money is in account but travelling to Thailand as a visitor for 30 days then returning to Australia until non - o visa is approved. In process of buying house in Pak chong. Getting some work done on house. If l thought that it was going to only take a couple of weeks l would stay in Australia.

Sounds good. I'm already getting Aus.pension. Australia is getting to hard to live. Everything is going up. Going back on 4th to be there for Cup day. Then the house clean and settlement. Want to be back in Thailand about 2nd December. Sort getting Thai bank account and driver's license. Have you ever used Agent here?

Thanks Phil.Just worried about the money that l have in my account in Australia at moment. Drawn it down to minimum at moment. Doing renovations, coming to Thailand for a couple of months. Put deposit on house in Pak Chong. Went a bit overboard. Will be plenty of money after the 27th. Just concerned with initial application the money hasn't been there for 6 months.
