Once you get refused at the first application , you need to declare all the points they have mentioned in the paper. Otherwise will be refused over and over again.

Yesterday went to Muang tong they couldn't do covid extension. The officer said we have to go to Immigration change Wattana,,, so we went they and got extension. Very easy

you are right, my thai friend travel to Dubai, need to apply COE before traveling.. Everyone can do coe even they are in Thailand.

Pre-approval took 30min, then the approval you suppose to get it in 3-4 working days, something might be wrong with your docs if it takes longer than that.
