This makes all this visa application as void process. They charge money but do not process properly. This is 100% not my mistake

Well, your proposal is not quite clear. What does “If you are serious about DTV” mean? I have been serious from the very beginning. Are you suggesting that I pay again, fill out all the forms again, and then they will send a request that I need to go through an interview, again not send me the link, and again everything will be lost for me?

yes!! I also think so... but the problem is that They don't reply on emails-i sent 10 already .... and they its not possible to reach Ankara council by the phone......

I try to contact them by emails but they don't answer..All emails are ignored;((((
