That is not my proposal. I'm not from Thai Embassy. That is your only option if you want to apply for DTV again. Fact is- whenever Thai embassy rejects an application, there is no option to change it. You only can apply again

From my experience with Ankara embassy, the first thing is- They will NOT change decision whetever you explain now. If you go to embassy and can visit someone there, it won't be helpful for you- just waste of money and time.

If you are serious about the DTV, then you need to APPLY AGAIN with new payment. This time, when they will send you email for interview, if there is no date inside the email, then call the embassy. If they cannot support by phone, then directly visit embassy with your email and explain. Usually, Ankara embassy rejects for smaller things too. Now for every candidate, they call for interview. You just need to show that you are serious. I don't know the reason, but they usually ignore email queries.
