Is there a fee for obtaining a Residence Certificate in Phuket?

It is free. And they are given 3 weeks to send it to your postal address. So... If you want it today, you pay. Or convince them to do it for free. But if you'll try to be rude... Might end up waiting it by Post, lol =)

 the extension itself costs 1900 baht every time. Extra 3100 goes to school for "taking care" of you =)
