Sorry about yr situation, if boat operater refused to bring you to shore. Should have grab 2 bottles and do a in water decompression.

Did you visited a deco chamber afterwards? It maybe hard to proof the damage is caused by the bends.

I really dont see a problem here, u are on yr company uniform going in n out of Thailand, thats yr job duty. If flying in @ your frequency create a problem @ immigration - i would not imagine what problem the short haul crew will have.

i would think he only gets off work once he is outside the plane. So i really dont think he qualify for DTV.

yes has to be in same province. So i went to division 1 for cert of residence, and DLT building 3 in bang chak in BKK.

i just got my Thai license 2 days ago. IDP is not required, but need certificate of residency & medical certificate.

Appointment via web with Department of Land transport is now up to Feb of 2025 this is for BKK location.
