90 days reporting questions

I did my online reporting on March 5, 2024 so I am suppose to do this again before June 5.

However, i went outside the country and returned back to Thailand on May 8, 2024. i assume i only need to report again on Aug 8, 2024.

However i received an email for TM47 reporting reminder for June 5 today. should i just ignore the email or just go ahead and do the online reporting?

Thank you in advance for the reply.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the required timing for their 90-day reporting after returning to Thailand on May 8, 2024, following an initial online report on March 5. Despite receiving an automated reminder for the June 5 reporting deadline, comments clarify that the user should report 90 days from their last entry into Thailand, which makes the next report due around August 6, 2024. Users advise ignoring the June deadline due to the automated nature of the reminder.

90 days from the last time you entered the country. That email is just automated.

The e-mail you received is from a system that has no idea that you left Thailand. It's purely based on a timer from the last time you filed online.

Please note: Multiple people have reported having their online 90 day report submission rejected after returning from outside the country. The notice they receive says that they must file in person the first time they return to Thailand.

sorry for asking a dumb question but I assume on re-entering, the 90 day report doesn’t have to be accompanied by a new TM30?

many offices require you to file a new TM30 when you return to Thailand. That has nothing to do with the 90 day report.

maybe it depends on province. I left Thailand Feb 2024 and did my online May 2024 with no issues. Krabi province.

You broke the law by submitting a fraudulent 90 day report.
