1. Passport again. 2. Last 12 months of stamps, if none then nothing you can do. Upload maybe 1 empty page? 3. Bank statement again or a drivers license, etc.,

 not totally correct, Thailand is 'NEVER" clear on anything, this year or last. Hope for the best. I started with STV and it worked great for me.

If you have a legal rental lease you already have it. It's required on a Thai lease/rental agreement (a copy of their I.D. or passport)

You could be denied boarding. Visa exempt (short term entry) technically requires a R/T ticket or onward ticket.
