I have some residency certificate questions if you’re up for it (I’ve been reading conflicting things online)

Do you have to get it at the immigration office where you live? I live on Phangan, am currently on Samui, applying for my license on Samui.

Does it really take 10+ days to receive it?

I read you have to have done at least one TM30 since your last entry into Thailand, is this true? I have over a year of TM30 at my address but not one since my last entry into Thailand as it has not been 90 days yet.

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm flying from Samui to BKK on a separate ticket than my ticket out of Thailand. So I guess in Bangkok?
