Hello group, I live in USA and wish to bring a Thai here for marriage.
Has anyone in the group used Siam Legal services for this purpose?
How did it work out for you?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the experiences of individuals who used Siam Legal services to obtain fiancé or marriage visas for Thai nationals wishing to marry in the USA. Several commenters shared their positive and negative experiences, noting the thoroughness of Siam Legal in preparing documents and helping with interviews, while others expressed challenges faced with the process, including issues with application submissions and attorney communication. The discussion highlights the complexity and difficulties of obtaining visas and emphasizes the varying experiences within the immigration process.
Ugh. I did. Let’s just say some good some bad and the outcome after 7 years of trying for my wife and I (Fiancé visa route -> denied after her interview - then in 2020 asked them / paid Siam for the US visa registration fees but they didn’t submit the application — then Covid…It’s a long, sordid story.) Anyway, I never got a reply from the last message I sent my newly assigned (3rd? 4th) attorney / contact a few months ago — and I had the “money-back guarantee”, too. {Sigh} Anyway…good luck. My options are now: 1) Have Siam (that now my wife and I are leery about now) start the marriage visa application all over again with all new paperwork, or 2) try to apply myself / navigate USCIS immigration process, or 3) pay another $5k plus to a new USA immigration attorney to petition for her marriage / her son’s visa — and wait / hope those are approved (step 1) and she passes her interview (step 2) -> all of which will take 18+ more months. 😞
I used Siam Legal to get the fiance visa for my wife about 10yrs ago. Cery happy with their work on this - they were very thorogh i preparing the documents package and preparing my wife for here interview (this was the buggest reason I used them as my wife felt v prepared and confident before the interview).
