if day of arrival ys day 1 isn't day 59 last day? Maybe I've got that wrong. I'm wondering if someone said come back before 60 day. I used Phuket to extend, on day 14.

I know it's not pedantic. It's essential people know if they have a visa or not. If anyone wanting exempt entry and heads to "visa on arrival" they will be refused.

yes. Often people on the exempt entry say they've got a visa when they haven't, and then they don't get correct info.
