when i asked how long i should stay in my country before i go back to thailand they gave me 3 different answers in 5 minutes. they dont even know what they are doing

I have the same problem before...

I do 2 "free" visa exemption of 60 days in a short time.

I never had overstay,

I never across the border land, ever with airplane.

But police have to looking in the computer how many days you stay in your country before come back in thailand.

You have to show 1 hotel address and the ticket for going out thailand.

Thanks for the reply. I was asking to understand when I can return. But this only confirms what I think: I knew that by land or sea you can only enter 3 times a year, but if they then tell me that by air there are no limits it's a lie...

I mean, it's all approximate at the discretion of the officer and if they send me home to passport control they will only create problems for me.
