Leaving for Thailand in June from Toronto.
2hr stopover in Seoul for transfer flight to Bangkok.
On TDAC admission is Canada or South Korea my Boarding country?
If South Korea, is it also a country of stay in the Health Declaration section.
Thanks

Answer summary
When filling out the TDAC for travel to Thailand, you should enter Canada as your boarding country since you are departing from Toronto. South Korea is not considered your country of origin as you do not officially enter South Korea during your stopover; therefore, it should not be listed under the Health Declaration section.

Canada. You don’t officially enter South Korea so that isn’t your country of origin, nor is it required on the health declaration.
