You'd use your travel insurance. You'd have your bike licence and IDP, tell them you'd be riding a bike and make sure you're covered for accident.

The address you were residing at prior to arriving? As it's an arrival card perhaps those arriving from their country of passport could use that? I have to fill one in and often struggle with on line forms. Is it best to use a laptop/pc?
