1. Yes you can 30 days visa exemption and fly Vietnam/Indonesia for that

2. Married couple can do one Soft Power & one dependent

3. You need 3 months statement of 500k from main applicant

4. Try rent short term 1 month first once you come back with DTV you can find 1 year contract

At The Hague you need a special certificate issued by SAT … and letter which is quite complicated and take some times to do it with the ministry (gym needs to contact the SAT) If you don’t mind going to Vietnam, I recommend ☺️
