no you said it’s WORTH 5 times the price you paid . I can say my watch is worth 100 times what I paid but until you sell it ( which you never will at a profit ) you haven’t made anything

before 1949 £1=$4.80 , 1949 -1967 £1=$2.40 , 2024 £1=$1.30 . The figures don’t lie

no it hasn’t . I never said it had . Everybody is raving about the strength of the pound but actually all it’s done is rise a fraction above the floor it’s been on since Brexit . Not my opinion just look at the graphs . They don’t lie

pathetic . I wouldn’t go near any rural area . Property is only worth what you can actually sell it for not what you think . Invest in Thailand .. ha let’s see how that works out

yes it’s improved a little bit but over the long term it’s still awful . For years the euro was in the 1.4-1.60 range and the dollar of course mostly 1.50-2.00 over the past 20 years .. until you know what happened in 2016 .

It’s roughly at its long term average . Up to end 1992 it was in the 42-46 range , 1993-1997 37-40 , 1997 -2008 55-90 , 2008-2016 48-55 , Brexit … 2016-2024 39-47 but mostly about where it is now . Pound still not really recovered from the biggest self inflicted wound Brexit . Plus the Thai baht is one of the most over valued currencies that is not allowed to get weak by the central bank
