that's totally different when person non grata is stamped in kingdom after some greased wheels.. Before here lived tens of thousands foreigners years border runing and someone used stamp blind eyed🤡 Even long long overstays just stamped out and in at few thousand bahts grease.. Hopefully it's corrected now👍

...DTV extension requires a 500.000Baht financial proof, similar to the initial application. You will need to show you have 500,000 Baht available in your bank account during the extension process within Thailand, although you do not need to prove it again when re-entering the country with a valid DTV visa...

Are DTV holders being rejected at Thai ports of entry or given shorter visas?

I suspect the problems are with people who had forged 500,000 baht bank statements or they have wasted the money, they no longer have 500,000 baht in their account and when they go to apply for an extension to their visa they are asked for these documents and they don't have them to show🤔
