you get blue book when you build house or buy condo. But it's empty and if register yourself there you get yellow book.

yes because for initial visa you don't need seasoning. You get paper when you apply extension👌

no it's certificate that your address is registered in that spot. You can have multiple books where you live and use that banks, dlt etc and your info is behind thai ID number and not your passport number👍 ID number is your tax number, social security schemes number etc. For citizenship you need book and id👌

it tells your status is non immigrant visa holder if you can get tabien baan and you're legit living address with owner approval or you own it yourself🙏

Just load thai account 800k and come here visa exemption and apply non o here and no need health insurance and you can get what insurance you want.
