My first two landlords here got fined from immigration because they didn't do it in time here chonburi.. Yes immigration officers told I need to do it but my landlords sign my papers where they stated they will do tm30 for foreigners living this place. When I have done 90 day imm off just told me to do it my self because address is wrong.. Lucky I can do it in future because I own my house🙏

yes I had first non o with all documents then non ib and impossible get salary to bank because everyday rules changed and couldn't open account. Just pay pay agent🙏 My wife tried talk many banks but no luck. Even with pink and yellowish plus some greasy between I just gave up🤡
