Yes. Just setup company and you can be owner/manager. If you want sell and do food yourself ask if it's possible get WP for chef and store front person if you want make food yourself🙏

yes. money moves in the real estate business, no matter where you live in the world. Just dont setup proxy company or use nominees and your business is legit.
