Anyone have experience of how to get a non immigrant 90 days business visa approved?
My situation is, citizen of the Netherlands, private funding for a new business in Thailand, which will 51% Thai, so not employed, more than required money in bank statements, invite letter from a Thai business and citizen.
Instead of reservation of hotel, a reservation of a condo for a year.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Netherlands citizen seeking a 90-day non-immigrant business visa for Thailand must prepare specific documentation, including proof of sufficient funding and an invitation letter from a Thai citizen or business. It is also important to have legitimate business documents demonstrating the legality of the business in Thailand. Instead of hotel reservations, a one-year condominium reservation can be provided. Applicants should verify the requirements of the Thai Embassy where they will submit their application.
