yes I had first non o with all documents then non ib and impossible get salary to bank because everyday rules changed and couldn't open account. Just pay pay agent🙏 My wife tried talk many banks but no luck. Even with pink and yellowish plus some greasy between I just gave up🤡

Crazy.. I will apply straight citizenship 2569 and hope can forget these visa schemes, wp and company ownership things.. my friends has been thai passport holders decades and lucky I did listen them😅

There's exceptions too if your wife need help with her company but it's all in law what you can read online🙏

You can ofcourse sign your own company papers without WP. Yes you need work permit even voluntary free work here. It's easy process if local people can't do work/skill what you offer.. You just need non o spouse or b visa if want apply WP.
