 nothing you have said is factual and can be backed up with evidence. Of course the RTP set the rules and pricing and if you go to the Immigration office today to extend your DTV you will be turned away. Learn to speak with facts.

 you are guessing that the DTV extension is 1900baht. There has been no official announcement from the Royal Thai Police.
