Do we need a receipt in our passports after completing TM30 online for ED Visas in Thailand?

Just a quick question. Owner has completed TM30 online, I have a printout confirming it was done. I have been advised we still need a notification receipt in our passports, by our schools (ED Visas).

With online lodgement do we still receive a receipt or do we just add the screen printout confirmation that it was completed.

Any advice would be appreciated?
