agree to disagree that all pizza is absolutely amazing, except whatever trash Dominos that that guy posted in the photo, I think you need to try some good NYC style pizza and then you will see what I am talking about, but of course Italian style is very good also.

But the problem is especially in Thailand too many restaurants claim they're making Italian or New York style pizza and all the ingredients are absolute crap cheese made from donkey milk , tomatoes made out of ketchup. It is difficult to find a good Italian restaurant in Thailand..

as an Italian American , and have been to Italy all my life , nyc style pizza is better . It is crispy and more flavorful. Of course, Italian style is great also but it is too soft and too much dough on Napoli style.

My straight from Italy grandmother also agrees that nyc style is better ,

even Italians admit that New York pizza is better... you do understand that in the early 1900s all the Italians came from Italy to New York City and they had to make cheap good pizza for the Italian workers... I have been to Italy and I have been to New York and both are good of course but New York has a slight edge, New York style pizza is better than Napolitano style pizza

I grew up in New York . This is a real pizza. On par with the best from nyc or Italy .

The pizza you have looks like it come from Domino's with wayyy too many toppings and the pizza is undercooked.
