And BTW the staff at the HANOI ing embassy are not Thai but Vietnamese

I was at this embassy in Hanoing a month ago got turned downed for a non o with some bogus thing about some paperwork I didn’t need for the kind of visa I wanted they were rude would not talk about it to my visa agent was unbelievable will never go back to this place ever but I came back and got my 30 day stamp at the airport and will get my non o at another place where they have a clue

because I was there when they were turned down I didn’t need this form for a non o volunteer but they said 3 weeks ago they changed but of course they didn’t tell anyone

yes i heard about quotas to maybe best to go early in the month but they are losing money to and can’t imagine that they want to lose the money

Chris Jay yes it used to be a great place agreed but they said 3 weeks ago they changed some rules and not only was I turned down but many others the same day I had all the correct paperwork and they wanted something more that was not required and would not help at all and nothing about the change on there website I think they have had a complete change of staff very rude now

for get Hanoi rude crude and socially unacceptable staff lots of people being turned down for no good reason will never go back it was very Hanoing

A friend of mine was here for a ed visa about 2 months ago had a great experience but it seems like new staff now so rude and unprofessional and unhelpful I was shocked and I have been to many Thai Embassy in other countries but never been treated like this but it is what it is live and learn and will do another way
