My SETV expires this month and I’d like another 3 months, usually I’d do a run to Mae Sae from Chiang Mai to get VE stamp but it’s a lot of hassle and I’d have to do it twice.

What is the best option at the moment for getting a new SETV from a neighbouring country?

By best option I mean: least amount of hassle and least risk of having issues getting one. Also flying back to Chiang Mai to avoid hassle at BKK airports.

How long should I plan for it take?

Any recent reports of problems entering via CNX airport?
