the rules haven't changed. People who follow the rules are getting the Visa.

They actually want more people here spending money in the economy. Money stuck in a bank account does nothing for the economy

TBF they ask questions on every visa. I've been on non O for years and have been asked at the border although not at the airport

You are correct on the 90 day report, if you leave the country every 89 days you would never need to visit immigration
